Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@ritulio.com with your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we cover the shipping.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or customer error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
